It's actually cheaper than buying a "safe" hub and an "MB" layshaft.
Doesn't include the wheel?

And BTW is the wheel interchangeable on the front?

to add it can be used on the front with normal set up but you need to change the hub studs to their longer ones

No it doesn't include the wheel but the FA Italia wheel is similar cost to a Sip tubeless rim. The wheels come with 4 plastic bungs for the holes you won't use if bolted to a standard hub.

There's also an 8 studded rear hub to suit standard layshafts, ie none splined.

I had an octipus kit fail.

Got a replacement and the hub was a completley different design. the first one was binding on the hub bearing. It might of been an early proto or something. I have no Idea.

The replacement kit is rock solid and layshaft is good quality and a lot beefier than innocenti design.

If you mark the splines/hub when you have found a position you can fit all 3 lock studs. its a doddle to take on and off as you don`t need a puller.

On a series 2 its a lot easier to change the tyre by removing the hub.
