What gearbox and crown wheel are you currently using?
What jetting do you have with this set up?

I put my original front sprocket back on, so now stock SX200 gearing, and yes it pulled much better. When I tried to do a top speed test I kept getting stuck in traffic so gave up trying to go faster than 110 kmph, It will have to wait until spring now (I'm in Canada). As an experiment, I also switched from a bgm clubman to a PM tuning Evo pipe. That really cleared up a flat spot I was having trouble solving by jetting adjustments. I will post my jetting next time I have a chance to pop the carb off and check whats in there now (7 scooters, I loose track).

I'd need to double check but pretty sure it is;

Main 135
Slide 40
X13 one clip from top
AV268
Idle 55
Choke 70

Pretty much how it came out of the box from Rich Taylor, IIRC only thing I changed was the float needle to a 300

... good to hear that you're happier now with the gearing. When Spring comes around you'll have to give us an update on the rest of it too.

Happy riding :)
