Suzuki 185 (64mm) piston and a 115x60 crank. What would the CC’s be?

a basic acu method of calculating cubic capacity is bore x bore x stroke x 0.785
so 64 x 64 x 60 x 0.785 = 192.92 cc
so 64 x 64 x 60 x 0.785 = 192.92 cc

We're does the 0.785 come from why not 1mm

0.785 has been used because it's Pi ÷ 4
Calculation for volume is PI x R x R x H
PI is 22/7. Divide by 4 instead of dividing the diameter of the piston by 2 twice.

Bit beyond me all this pi stuff, but I like Darrell’s explanation which I have memorised for future reference.

They all give the same result, 193.01943395806632 which most like mine round up to 193.02.
