sorry , bennie is a term we have for a clown
didnt realise you were known as benny or is that a middle name ,if not whats that refer to then ?

right so lets make a summary of what your saying here Benny

if its cc calculating it needs to be perfect
if its cc quoting of engine components that you are selling approx 2 to 5 cc variance is fine but thats not perfect

if its power measurement of your own motor a measure of 29.58 is not used but should be as its perfect
a rounding up to 30 is used and you consider acceptable but its not perfect
not content with that a constant quoting of 30+ is also ok but is not perfect

which method do you use when measuring piston to bore clearance and ring end gaps

back to the original post

in benny,s world

work your cc out correctly its a 193.02cc

although if its an li125 then continue to call it that

but if you sell it then just round the cc up to 200cc

and if it doesnt sell then you may want to consider calling it 200cc+

I see things haven’t changed much on here lol!!

An easy to remember calc is

Bore x bore x stroke x 3.14 then divide the lot by 4000.

Easy to remember, right, wrong who cares it’s as close as it needs to be for me. Peace. :D
