Out of interest I priced up a build using Gran Turismo parts for a 240cc engine. Bearing & Seals and GT Chaincase prices are estimates (don't think pricing released for this part yet?). Prices taken from Disco Dez website:
GT240 Kit with crank £830
Dellorto 30mm PHBH £144
GT Case £765
AF 5 Speed box £500
Pipe £300
GT Mag Housing £162
Iwis chain and front sprocket £65 the pair
GT Chain Guide £30
Bearings & Seals £50
Chain case £154
That's £3,000 in total. Maybe the chaincase price is low, but still looking a around £1k less.

Casatronic ignition or you'll be pushing it a long way,£310 and you'd have to use one of their ignitions i'd assume
running total £4375
i'll let somebody else add other sundries like cowlings etc etc and i guess the kickstart shaft is included in the side casing cost

I have one of these cylinders finaly on its way.
Is anyone using the 2 allen bolts for the exhaust or is it better to use 8mm studs?
Speks are casa case, 64 crank, casatronic, TMX30, ADS, LTH clutch, cyclone 5, octipus rear hub, GT endplate and I`ve ended up at the 8k mark because Rimini don`t deduct vat and I got an extra 25% on the total plus postage.
Its a shame but I will be buying casa parts from Chisselspeed from now on.
