TS1 Port Timing

Please bear with me as I am not the best at explaining myself.
I am building a TS1 with a fast road tune. I am using a 60 x 110 crank.
On measuring my exhaust duration With a 2mm packer I get 186deg. And 128deg on transfers. When I check these using a port calculator I get different results. What am I doing wrong???
