I believe AF recommend 4%
As my Dad used to say "Each to their own lad"
I’ve been running an RB 22 for years on 3%. Not had any issues

If you read the set up page on the af site it states 4%.

The AF theory is that feeder ports from intake straight to transfers, then directly into bore, means that less mix (also less oil) goes into the crankcase mouth to lubricate the big end bearing. As such, sticking to 4% may still only result in the same quantity of oil making it to the crank as 3% might on a TS1.

I'll stick with 4% as instructed by Harry Barlow and also Rayspeed.
