Had one of the Indian ones from AF for a recent rebuild, it was that poor I sent it back, they admitted defeat and told me that although they had been through their stock they couldn't find any better so got a refund and got one off Scootopia which is very good quality I have to say.

If I hadn't already done the bottom end of my latest one that's what would be going in and once that engine goes into the GP that is what will be replacing the plastic caged race tour that's in there now.

l looked at the jockeys set up and a while ago AF was testing a similar set up but never heard no more so still unsure about that .
I believe the race tour now have a steel cage rather than the plastic one previously .

Out of interest, what was the specific problem with it?Scooterdude wrote:Had one of the Indian ones from AF for a recent rebuild, it was that poor I sent it back, they admitted defeat and told me that although they had been through their stock they couldn't find any better so got a refund and got one off Scootopia which is very good quality I have to say.

felt very gritty to turn, the inner moved about excessively (more so than the worn one it was to replace) and on top of that it had traces of rust here and there.drunkmunkey6969 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 31, 2017 7:33 amOut of interest, what was the specific problem with it?Scooterdude wrote:Had one of the Indian ones from AF for a recent rebuild, it was that poor I sent it back, they admitted defeat and told me that although they had been through their stock they couldn't find any better so got a refund and got one off Scootopia which is very good quality I have to say.
