Hi guys,
My DL with a TS1 225 produces too much smoke at low revs : it's like fog behind me when I ride !
There is no problem at high speed, the scooter is very fast and powerful.
I have a Mikuni 35 and a Ramair filter.
My exhaust is a Taylor Tuning.
The main jet is now 310 (I have begun from 325 to 295).
The pilot jet is 20.
I have tried these needles : 53, 55 and 57.
I don't know how to solve the problem.
Thanks for your answers.
And sorry for my bad english.
Cheers from France !
JB

What make and % oil are you using ?
Fully synthetic can sometimes be quite smokey.
Also.....how's your exhaust ? sometimes an old exhaust can collect a lot of old oil and become a source for the smoke.
