Didn't win the ScootRS carb on E-bay so anyone got suggestions for a complete carb kit to fit Casa 210 kit. It has to have an 150/175 inlet manifold and be capable of running through the air box with a KBA clubman. I could accept one using a remote bellows and filter under the side panel.

I also need to keep the cost down as much as possible.

Anyone

Jet200 Mikuni kit doesn't include manifold, $42 extra, so not really a 'kit'. Looking at Delly 28 kits seems to be about £150 for the lot from Camlam :?:

For running through the airbox I'd reccomend the 26PHBH Dellorto. Using a 28 won't give more airflow using the box. Drill 15 10mm holes on the side facing the toolbox and dremel the restrictor tube off. Use one of those new freeflow std shape filters in the box and (as a starting point) 52 idle, AV264, X7/X13 needle 107/110 main.

A TM24 kit from Jet200 Performance is a great deal (also a great carb) plus they stock BGM jet kits which are great value for money also you can use this manifold from ScootRS http://scootrs.com/moreinfo.cfm?Product_ID=435
How come phonetics isn't spelt with an 'f'?

Eurocarb in Reading Berkshire is the UK`s importer for Dellorto,if you give them a bell with the spec you want, they will do you a deal for cash,it will be cheaper. But you have to trust the setup others will give you which may or not work.Or ring Jerome at Readspeed and he will sell you a 25phbl that will work for your setup but obviously will be more expensive than Eurocarb.
