I have recently bought a Lambretta fitted with a Spanish 150 engine. It came with a rebuilt old school Suzuki 185 piston conversion with what looks like a Sterling exhaust. and Jetex 22 carb
Its running rich I'm getting about 40 miles to gallon and its 4 stroking mid range.
At the moment while running in I can live with it, (now done about 400 mils) But was looking for advice on re jetting when I've done a few more mile
At present it has 50 idle 50 pilot and 130 main fitted any advice would be appreciated
Jetting advice again
You're probably looking at the Atomiser if it's mid-range splutter.

130 seems high. try dropping back to 123.

I run a Casa 185 top end and it wont run with anything bigger than a 45 pilot jet,I've tried a 48 and a 50 but it wont run with either.By the way a pilot and an idle jet are the same thing. You may be getting it mixed up with the starter or choke jet.
Im running a 30mm on the 210 malossi
running 55 pilot
40 slide
70 choke
x264 atomiser
125 main
x7 needle second clip
Your better off starting with a 130 main and working down..
