M10 Exhaust Stud
Typical !...just built a new engine and the only stud I didn't have reason to check on the strip down as it didn't have a stud in it and this happened.
Can it be patched up with JB Weld or something similar ?
JB Weld ?

There is a product called Belzona that should be able to handle that.

it looks to me as though you will need it welding, you could try using something else like jb or belzona but i doubt that it will stay in place, the vibrations from the exhaust mounting will just shake it out, then you exhaust wil be hanging on one stud only, which isnt going to do that much good, it can be welded , try local engineering firms,
hope you get it sorted,

yes agree with this get it welded and re-tapped. Far to much damage to rely on a chemical "quick fix" good luck..holty wrote:it looks to me as though you will need it welding, you could try using something else like jb or belzona but i doubt that it will stay in place, the vibrations from the exhaust mounting will just shake it out, then you exhaust wil be hanging on one stud only, which isnt going to do that much good, it can be welded , try local engineering firms,
