I've put a 25 mm phbl on a Suzuki 190 with a Casa Clubman and it's running like a bitch . Hard to start . Impossible to start with any form of obstruction over the bell mouth . When running and just put the bellows alone on it will die. Feels like it's bogging down all the time . Came with AQ 266 atomiser , 102 main , 70 choke and a D22 needle.
The choke is seating down and the mixture is at 1 1/2 turns
Where do I start ?
Thanks

You'll probably get loads of jetting combinations thrown at you.. but I'll start the ball rolling... Not quite the same set up... Mugello V2 186 kit, 25mm phbl, exhaust AF clubman... But hope its pretty close to whats required..By the way this set up was dynoed (Readspeed) and set up properly (2009-ish), and is still running today.

45 pilot,
95 main jet
AQ268 pilot,
D29 (3rd clip down), needle
standard slide
Air filtered through open air box (air scoop removed)

Hope that helps a bit..!! Just to note, the scooter that this is set up on is now running foam air filter directly mounted on air bellows, with ScootRS expansion on the same jetting, again no problems with either exhaust..

regards

AL.
