Try putting an older plug in (oily....ish) and see if it changes colour.
If your running in are you marking throttle positions and doing plug chops at different throttle positions ? If your running-in you might not be coming onto the main jet and you could be lean elsewhere (pilot, needle, etc).

It is stuttering mid range, but when it gets the revs up it flies.Havent done many plug chops to be honest, will just try a bigger main and see what happens.

get some masking tape and mark your throttle 1/8. 1/4. 1/2. 3/4
Run about a mile holding at the position then cut the engine and check the plug.
This will help identify if your, pilot, needle (+ clip position), slide, atomizer and main jet are ok
