Avanti TS1 pistons

Im trying gain some info regarding a replacement piston for a TS1 225, would the Avanti piston be the better option without having to machine and replate the cylinder for a Jap conversion piston?

wossner TS1 RB piston looks fine ring peg position looks bette than avanti for TS

i have an Avanti piston in my TS1, ring peg position is fine as long as boost port hasn't been widened
and for just over a 3rd of the price of an ASSO piston they got to be worth a try

Avanti piston seems quite strong and has good rings, but it is quite heavy. The wossner from AF is much lighter.
