TV S2 didn't have a disc brake- only a drum. Not sure if the TV2 links are "disc suitable"
Scootering since 1968.

Although the TV2 used a drum brake, the links used the same locating attachment as a disc type (stud and nut) so are suitable.

so does this mean with GP disc links in a series 2 TV 175 is not really compatible using gp links, is this to do with it lowering the height in the front end making the front wheel look smothered by the mudguard this is what i don't want!!!!!
So can i buy disc links too fit properly into my TV2 175 restoration? Is tv175 series 3 the same or are they like GP
thanx in advance

If you intend to both use a disc brake and retain the original fixed ball rods?

Links to suit this are now being made.

I'm sure that there's a difference in angle on S2 to S3 links, Shocky is the man to ask.
