through the barrel studs ???

can´t see any improvment of mixture flow going this way.

Are yes but what you can do is grind down you studs and make them thinner so gas can go round

but the RB will has them without grinding down the studs, with surly more mixture flow.

The engine cases on your photo, obviusly, is welded for an watercooled barrel with big transfers.
