Give Chiselspeed a call , good customer service ( something some dealers could learn from) and you won't have to sell a kidney

What sort of final drive ratio would suit a 190 conversion for a solo touring rider ?

final drive ratio is influenced by the exhaust, type of gearbox comes into play as well, as does the tune of the barrel, your weight and size, do you ride solo, is it hilly near you, i opted for 5.1/1 on mine as a guess i cant say it will do you for sure but might be a starting point, that was a pm pipe gp150 gearbox, porting work quite coservative, not run yet as the frame needs paint.

Mine runs LI 150 16/46 with a final drive ratio 4.9. Full length TV barrel, 115mm conrod. Have run it with an MB Rev-Tour, RS44 Clubman and now a MSC Micron, porting is quite restrained but not had any trouble with flat spots or not pulling in gears. Great engine that sits comfortably with TS's in riding group.

What size packer at the cylinder foot do you use with the 115 conrod?
