sil gp150 not ticking over

Could anyone help me, my sil gp150 cuts out at low revs.
If otherwise running ok try winding the cable adjuster out on the carb where the throttle cable fits

Need more details to debug the problem. Is this a new build or else it happens off late in a running scooter? Which cylinder setup and carburetor are you using?
There could be more than 1 reason why this should happen.
1. Is the choke cable stuck
2. Do you have to adjust the idle speed screw in the carburetor?
3. Is the air screw open more than what your engine needs?
and many more.

If it has previously run O/K? It's most probably a blocked pilot jet.
