I wasent going to say nothing but hey ho I didn't complain as I had just waited 2 months for it and if you can't get it right first time why would I trust them a second time and as he admits they have no way of testing the welds so it's pot luck if yours is ok or not and he read and replied to this early on so he new about it and as for the weld is build up well it was leaking both sides of the casing on the build up that's why I covered it in jb weld as for not testing I could make two flat plates with rubber on fix one to the mag housing and one to the Spigot drill and tap a hole for a bleed nipple and test for air leek seems simple enough to me and to finish off I fit kitchens for a living and if you paid me to fit your kitchen and I left the worktop off o sorry I can't fix them I don't no how or fitted your double glazing and left the glass out o sorry I didn't have my tools we go to specialist to get the job done right

Yes I thought exactly the same about making up some rubber covered plates and as Mark Broadhurst states his don't leak I would think this would be how he does it.

NEWSFLASH - Mark Broadhurst said his products were faultless and everyone else's are s**t.
Did he invent welding, and everyone else just copied his idea too?

Show me a scooter dealer, engineer, mechanic, or tuner who claims they have a 100% success rate and who are completely faultless....and I'll show you a liar.

This will be my last post on this issue. Yes, you're right I did reply earlier, but that was before you had pressure tested the Casing. Why would you not say anything, even if you had waited 2 months. You should get back to me if you are not happy with something we have done, so in the first instance we can try and rectify it and secondly you could demand some, if not all of your money back. Like I said previously, we have had a few out of hundreds of Casings that have required re welding, with no problems, why would you not trust us....you mark where it's leaking and we'll re weld it. You are right with the suggestion of making blanking plates so we could pressure test, I admit that, but too late for that now though. all this doesn't resolve your issues now, so if it is a refund you wish.....no problem, text or email me your bank details. I am afraid I can't think of anything else I can do, other than falling on a sword.garry inglis wrote:I wasent going to say nothing but hey ho I didn't complain as I had just waited 2 months for it and if you can't get it right first time why would I trust them a second time and as he admits they have no way of testing the welds so it's pot luck if yours is ok or not and he read and replied to this early on so he new about it and as for the weld is build up well it was leaking both sides of the casing on the build up that's why I covered it in jb weld as for not testing I could make two flat plates with rubber on fix one to the mag housing and one to the Spigot drill and tap a hole for a bleed nipple and test for air leek seems simple enough to me and to finish off I fit kitchens for a living and if you paid me to fit your kitchen and I left the worktop off o sorry I can't fix them I don't no how or fitted your double glazing and left the glass out o sorry I didn't have my tools we go to specialist to get the job done right
