Ok so I stripped out the fork internals with the intention of getting the links plated but on removal of the springs and rods I noticed both rods were slightly bent one more so than the other. I can't think of a reason why they should be bent. I fitted them new in February of this year as supplied by Beedspeed. Any ideas?

No that's just it, have not hit anything and found them easy to remove/fit so no excessive strain or force used there, could they just be yet more shite from the Far East?

If you cant find a reason for them being bent and they aren't damaged, just straighten and re-fit them.

You mentioned beedspeed I think here lies your answer..
We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm
