Be careful, a lot of the casings on the market are not SIL anymore. Not sure who actually has original casings in stock anymore. Could try Paul at Oiltek, although it doesn't look as though he has them in stock. Getting quite hard to get hold of now.

Also Willenhall scooters have some in stock but pricey at £450 on eBay.

The price they're at now, it's worth considering one of the new manufacturers.

Or the other option would be to have your 150 casing modified to take the 200 cylinder although the clown I spoke to about it wanted more than the Rayspeed case! So not really an option I guess.

I heard the engine casings are no longer being produced at all by SIL I was lucky I managed to get a full engine off a source for my next engine build maybe a cheaper option sell all your unwanted parts

I had mine done and while I'm happy on the whole with it, it was expensive. I also had issues with porous welds and the distortion was such that I have 0.4mm gap at the front of my chaincases which means I need a very thick Cork gasket.

So it's not without its drawbacks.
