Just bought one just for the heck of it really as it was so cheap. So any good? What's the characteristics of these pipes, do they make good power? Cheers guys.

had one for years, resembled the pm pipe. think it liked gp gearing but had troubles reaching revs for 4th gear!

Yes, it's a alleged to be copy of the PM25 - quite a revvy pipe so would like short gearing

Wow so all in all then a pretty good pipe! And without the ground clearance issues of the JL series.

I think so, sold mine off and gone with clubman, the scoot is faster when I can reach forth gear :)
Overall I've noticed that the scootrs pipe lasted longer than the sterling version of the said pipe(mate had a sterling).

If it is a copy of the PM then it's a good pipe. Depends on your motor spec but I had one on my ported SIL barrel with a 28phbh. Pulled 4.8 even 2 up.

I've had one fitted for years. Good pipe. Downside for me is access to the flywheel side manifold nut. You need a good open ended spanner on it. Ring spanner won't fit. I bought an expensive 11mm and shortened the "jaws" on it. I also have abut 5 other spanners at slightly different angles to move it on 1/16th of a turn at a time !
