What are the alternatives to the BGM big bore. I've heard the version 3 BGM is more restrictive, anyone noticed this?

This is how these rumours become fact.

50mm Gori may give better top end but you'll complain about the noise.

If you get it to fit in the first place, I tried to fit one some time ago and found the top bracket holes were 15mm forward of the studs. Camlam told me to cut the bracket and re-weld!!!

what I have noticed is.....the s**t quality, BGM, ancilotti, indian big bore , they all manage to shake baffles loose or snap at the swan neck, poor sealing etc after about a years use. P*ssed off with them as I don't really want an expansion exhaust on my Jet. Not sure about the scootopia , might try that next....and expect a different outcome

Was the bad fitting Gori on a standard length conrod 107mm? If so that beggars belief as there not exactly cheap!!

Agree on the RS clubman. Fits perfect, mines still going strong.
But I've just bought the Gori GP50 from Rimini Lambretta. Their version is quieter and spparently only available to them. It's fitted to my iron RS200 and it fantastic. Fits great, not offensively loud and pulls like f@@k even two up.
