Can you get a small 3 legged puller on it , if not only solution I can think of is get a flywheel puller and weld it onto what's left of the boss, so you can pull it off, other option is take the crank out, get it in a vies and get a chisel under the back of the boss, I would just weld a puller on, 5 mins and it would be off

hi holty, i cant get a puller behind it, i did buy a cheap one on ebay for a tenner and grond it down until it fit but the back of the boss has a chamfered edge so puller kept sliding off, i dont have a welder but can prob borrow one, was thinking of getting a small angle grinder in there and grinding through where the woodruff key is.

You might get away with that but it would be much easier to manage with the crank out and less chance of damaging the taper.

Try using a grinderette and grinding down above the key way, this will avoid any chance of touching the crank. Once you grind to the key way the flywheel boss should come off easily.

if you have a rear hub puller with loose bolts put longer bolts through the puller and through the boss rivet holes tighten up and that should pop off
