Hello all

I haven't done this for years and apologies if it's been covered . I'm want to fit a new 22mm scootopia carb to replace my worn 20mm dellorto I have the relevant 150 spacing inlet manifold the bike is a series 2 li 125 with a TV 175 series 2 barrel any suggestions on how to swap the manifolds over without dropping the engine , will there be enough room to pivot engine with rear wheel and shocker removed. I can't remember how to do it lol !! . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

remove rubber bump stop; remove rear shocker; undo the large nut and small ones holding head cowling on; remove spark plug.

That should give you enough room to get an 11mm socket on the two nuts.
Scootering since 1968.
