pathfinder spots

Anything related to Lambrettas... ask tech questions, post helpful info, or just read and learn.

anyone know how to get into the bulb area of pathfinder spots? seems to be a sealed unit, also anyone know where to get the chrome domed bolt that holds the reflector?

my pathfinders have a screw on the front st the bottom and the lens comes off

If I'm reading this correctly you want to get the reflector apart from the lens? Twist off the Bakelite bulb holder, take out the bulb. If you're lucky the reflector will just come away from the lens. If not it can be teased apart gently with something like a small screw driver but don't go mad or you'll chip the lens. Not sure if the remade ones are the same but shouldn't be too different. You might get the chrome nipples (hehehe...he said nipple) from somewhere like Holdens. If not its an ebay search I reckon :)

Yes mate, both the early Bakelite and later round plastic holders just push in and twist to line the tabs up to remove.
