Anyone fitted pm carbon fibre legshields? Dry building the gp and the legshields rub on the main frame tube stopping me from dropping them low enough on the steering stem to have a gap between them and the handlebars. If I put double thickness anti vibration washers on the struts it helps but it still doesn't end up with a gap.

I removed the forktube clamp and refitted it in the correct position on mine, This was the only way to make them fit with neat gaps , infact the clamp fell off whilst pulling the legshields around during the dry build,

My clamp isn't fitted, I'll sort it when I'm happy with the positioning
