Isnt that just a shadow from the ring, cast by the light from the left?

I had an LI125S2 about 20 years ago, and I'm pretty sure the speedo had "LI125" on it. Original speedo as well

LI125 written on is original on a series 2 speedo face.
only cc writing on 125 models. not on the li150, not on the tv175.
