I had bgm front ones and they were out of date. I emailed phillip and he said he would sort it for me. Sent them and he mailed to say i had just missed an order being sent to the manufacturer.
So he sent me a brand new set free of charge.

And these were four years old.

Can't be any fairer than that, hats off to Scooter Centre.

If only other dealers/manufacturers were as accommodating when there were doubts on the durability/build quality of scooter parts.

12 months warranty is a 12 months warranty regardles if its been used so trading standards wont be able to help but glad you got it sorted.
