Cs engineeringin norwich have a jig. Did mine
sugarlump (smallframe ben) used to put them on a pallet and ship them with a courier. he did quite a few when he was doing body repairs. im sure he said it cost 75 pound.

it's tempting to use the other frame and sell that one on after... it's 20mm out from toolbox to chrome ring, plus the twisty loop.... and the expense of shipping...
