Six grand just for an engine! I'm sure that it's a fair price based on the work involved but that's still a sh!tload of money to pay.
Meus Lambretta est non infractus. Is est quietus.
Looking good!
Has there been a few more tweaks to get the extra 5 BHP?
What did they think of the cut down?

Six grand isn't that much really. I bet people have spent twice that at some reputable engine builders before having one that'll last more than a few hundred miles.

They are £5000 not £6000.ArmandTanzarian wrote:Six grand just for an engine! I'm sure that it's a fair price based on the work involved but that's still a sh!tload of money to pay.

Like I said, the work involved more than justifies the price but it's still a lot of cash to spend on an engine. Fitting it and all the ancilliary equipment won't be cheap either.DACTEK wrote:They are £5000 not £6000.ArmandTanzarian wrote:Six grand just for an engine! It's brilliant but way out of my price range.

no wheelie shots ?
I rode this briefly last weekend, it's hard not to wheelie opening it up in first.
It was a rush.
I'd get one if I discovered 5grand i didn't know I had
