I bought about 3 red ones and found none of them would fit, only when I bought a Casa standard green one did it just pop in.

Agree with fixing it with silicone, it's great stuff! If its good enough for the Space Shuttle (well the ones that didnt blow up) its good enough for a Lambretta.

Just tried fitting one to a lad's scoot I'm doing up and the fecker broke straight away as it's too big for the slot. I've now ordered two more (as I'm sure to break another fecker) and will carefully and time consumingly fettle it to fit

Update. Just got two green gems in from SR and fitted one straight in (headset is green anyway) The clear one that broke seemed to be more brittle plastic. They do other colours too if that helps.
