AF used to have a jetting guide on their site, which had plenty of info for Amals, but alas , I just been on there and it's a blank page.

I have the AF chart

there are no details for a 34 Amal on a standard 200 barrel but the following are listed

30mm 200 with clubman
mj 300-320
needle jet 107
needle 2D1
SLIDE 3-4
PILOT 35
CHOKE 50-55
MIXTURE 1/2 TURN OUT FROM STOP

All the listings for the 30 or 34mm amal are the same except the mj

hope this helps

Gaz

Any chance of sending me a copy of the chart Gaz?,just picked up a 32mm amal that might work better, think the 34 is way too big
By the way thats not far off what its jetted at
