I have a 200 Mugello on my SX and RT 225 on my GP with a BGM big bore exhaust...the RT is far superior in quality and design. Not lightening quick but fast enough for me and a good tourer...

me and 3 friends run the rt/bgm 225, I run a 28mm keihin through a breathsweet and a bgm exhaust, built for touring and im very happy with it, plenty fast enough for me and great mpg, my 2 friends run the same but with dellorto 28mm and reed valve, both very happy and lots of miles clocked so they have been put to the test.

If I went for the BGM, what exhaust have any of you used.
Would it run ok with a JL 3?
Out of interest, how did you narrow it down to these two?
(Not a pop at anyone's kit, before I get any give it a f@@king rest PMs)

Built a few RT kits and found the ancilotti pipe to be a good performer on 195 version, just about to finish 225 version with same pipe n I'll let you know :)

What output are we looking at for the 195 version and Ancillotti Sash?

Hi guys thanks for all the feed back.
The reason I went for these two kits is im just finishing restoring a US spec Jet Performer.
So I have the battery fitted which leaves me with the carb coming out to the left.
Also the nicasil barrel was a major factor as I run a mugello 200 at the moment on my other Jet and its never missed a beat. I never really even ran it in, just took it steady for the first 100 miles.
I was hoping by running the BGM I would get a better perfomance than the mugello 200.

Yes, VERY WELL.

Run it with a 28/30 carb, SX200 gear box and life is good.
