Here is the Avanti TT3 Ci that I have been playing with for a good few months this year.
It has a completely New Cylinder and is fed via a cast reed block welded to the crank case incorporating an RB reed. The crankcase throat also has a cast block welded in to take the Third Transfer Port. The Prototype has been running around the country side for a few weeks. The price has not been 100% set as yet but the first 4 ordered will be finished by the end of November. Power spread is brilliant.

Reed Block might well be sold separately as a DIY kit, Prices will be made available in a couple of weeks.

You can see a video on my Face Book page of the engine running. RM......Now added here too

Very interesting development there Ron.

The engine sound 'responsive' in the vid. .

It also raises a bunch of questions in my head

Given the ammount of crankcase welding involved, is this still based arround a 58/60 stroke x 107/110 rod crank format?

What is the crank web layout for the case induction tract?

Does a 'piece' really need to be welded to the top of the top of the crank mouth for the 3rd. transfer, as opposed to a simple 'weld build'? (costs presumably?)

Could I still fit a 100/90 x 10" tyre?

Which gear can it tackle 'Caterham Hill' in (at 4am traffic forgiving)? :)

Respect

Engine Specification as being used on road bike:-

Bore 70mm stroke 60 Full Circle Crank
gearbox : Li150 46 / 17 sprockets giving 4.6:1
Exhaust: NK Road
Clutch : AF 6 plate cassette Road

Your questions:
Given the amount of crankcase welding involved, is this still based around a 58/60 stroke x 107/110 rod crank format?
Yes
What is the crank web layout for the case induction tract? As Above at the moment
Does a 'piece' really need to be welded to the top of the top of the crank mouth for the 3rd. transfer, as opposed to a simple 'weld build'? (costs presumably?)
No but less weld means less distortion, nothing to do with cost
Could I still fit a 100/90 x 10" tyre? I have not tried one but it will fit
Which gear can it tackle 'Caterham Hill' in (at 4am traffic forgiving)? :) Which do you mean, A22 or the hill from Caterham Rail Station to Caterham on the Hill? not taken it up either, tell me which one & I will try it.

Modifications still to be carried out: Shorter inlet manifold, Indian GP 200 gearbox ( has closer 3rd 4th gear)
New Reed Valve Block tighter fit ( less weld filling) will be at our machine shop next week together with the cylinders, all heat treated.
