Hydraulic hose route on Spanish Li150 S2

Thanks for the reply Martin.
The hose has a nut which tightens onto the banjo.
The nut will not pass down the side of the clamp.
:cry:
I shall try and take a photo.
God knows how you put it up on here. I am not the most gifted when it comes to technology :oops:

This is my headset.
The hole will not pass by the clamp. Have i built it wrong? Any ideas?
Or should i just undo the clamp fit the cable then reattach the clamp.

I've sent a message to the last guy who fitted it this way but from those pics it looks like you'll have to unbolt the clamp to feed it through. Maybe file a groove on the clamp for more clearance.

Yeah i have been pondering it.
I wasnt sure if I could grind the clamp a little bit.
I shall unbolt it and try trim a bit off.
Its very tight all the way round and will not fit down the side anywhere...flumming thing.
Hey ho...one step forward two steps back. ;)

I will restore this scooter....if it kills me :shock:

Get the dremmel out & take a bit off the clamp/headset

Will it not go down the other side,thats were the front brake cable normally goes.
