Front end knock!

Just rebuilding 63 Li150 when I roll the bike and apply brake I'm getting a knock on the front end. Pretty sure it's not the head stock bearings but the peg in the brake hub. Do they all knock?

Tighten the two outer hub nuts up real tight and it will stop the backplate rocking on the link peg.
