My GP totaly stock with 6v system without battery is produsing much to high voltage, blowing bulbs in seconds, even 12v bulbs. Can eyasly come up to 28v when you rev it.

How is the voltage regultatet on this machine without a regulator?

Any tip?

I've got the same problems on a Smallframe Vespa kicking out over 20+volts. The lighting coils on the stator are to blame.

Re the above I dont think your stator is at fault. In the old days we didnt use regulators a lighting junction box replaced it green to green brown to brown etc. You then ran as many spot lights as you wanted but they went high and low depending on revs. Your regulator is not working in my opinion.

There is no regulator on a stock 6v, non battery.
