I'm setting up a Stage 4 200 with clubman, PHBH 30 Dell'orto and a remote Ram Air filter.
Carb came with 70 idle jet and a 115 main jet.
It runs but I'm guessing the idle should come down a bit and the Main go up a bit?
Anybody else running something similar?

Life shouldn't be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty, well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, loudly proclaiming: "WOW, WHAT A RIDE"
I don,t myself but take a look in carburettor set ups on this forum there may be something similar on there.

Use the above with an X13 needle in clip 1 . . . . . . . the X7 has a weak spot around half throttle which could cause catastrophic failure going uphill between 1/3 and 2/3 throttle. This will show up as a sagged or holed piston way down the line on nicasil barrels ... on your iron barrel it'll tend to soft seize under the above conditions.lammydave wrote:X7 needle (2nd clip from top)
