JL3 road exhaust vs JL3 snail exhaust

I am currently running a JL3 pipe that has been set up correctly with my engine (standard SIL GP200) and carb (Dellorto 30mm PHBH).
However, I am contemplating changing the set-up to a JL3 snail - as I like the look of the pipe and my scooter is a cutdown.
Can I keep the carb as is or will I have to change the jetting ?
