I saw loads of posts before on the lcgb site, any good advice on what to run a front and rear tyre pressure at. I have sip stainless rims fitted with conti tyres. Also have a spare scootrs tubeless rim fitted with a schwalbe weatherman (changed to sips because rims seem a million times better and worried about schwalbe horror stories), if I every need to use the scootrs spare does anyone know if it will fit the s stud and nut combination? Or would I need to use different nuts, install the old studs in the hub?

I tend to run 20 - 24 psi front & 30 - 36 psi rear on my SIP rims. (Sava front, Conti rear at present)

If you're using the nuts that came with the rims then the easiest thing to do is carry a set of M8 nylocs for use with the spare.
I wouldn't want to be messing about changing studs at the side of the road!
