This landed yesterday, As it was from ebay I thought it might be crap, but what a great tool. I makes getting the mag side race off the crank so easy.

something lambretta related that actually does what it is supposed to do with out having to fettle it at all lol

they do one for GP cranks and one for LI cranks

I seen that but didn't think it would work...I thought it would just drag the tightened bolts off the race instead of pulling it off...but you say it works a treat ? happy days :D

I bought one a while ago and what a piece of kit, no more farting about with angle grinders, weld etc. I had one tight sleeve and worried I might " mushroom" the flywheel threads so I ground the sleeve a bit , retried the tool and the sleeve came straight off. Highly recommended tool

the bolts tighten a jaw inside the end of it that grips the race.

You've just confirmed my suspicion Eden  I bought one off ebay a few months ago but when I went to use it was too short for the taper :? The only thing I could think of was that it was for an Li or J series crank....I'd deleted the details of the seller by then too

Anyone need an Li crank sleeve puller? unused, let me know 8-)

I've had those in stock for a while. Just checked my site and I'm only listing the Li version, doh!!! I have got the GP ones though.

Update ... both now listed.

All gone now. It'll be 3 or 4 weeks until I get any more.
