I swear my lammy is getting slower ,is there anything to check that could be making it slow up ? and i am sure the clubman type exhaust is strangling it

By the way it is a casa 186 with what looks like a standard carb and air filter running through said clubman type thingy

I NEED MORE SPEED

I have only had the scoot a few weeks ,it was restored at scootopia where i assume they fitted the kit when the engine was totally rebuilt and the speedo is now reading just over 3 thousand miles .Hope this throws a bit more light on the subject ,oh and i have lost a few pounds since owning it and not only £ :D
