I've been running one since the start of the year, no problems with heat or oil from the breather!

I have also noticed some oil from the breather, but i can assure that no difference in heat has been noticed in the casing.
Coming back home from a long tour a friend of mine had an infrared sensor heat gun and my engine had about the same temperature of two other friends with standard box.
