I have a Targa :-) No 32.

It is, I must admit, nicer than the Misano. However, it is considerably more expensive. I think the Misano is actually good value. It's much smoother than a normal single cylinder, and you don't loose as much power going up hills, or on the flat, as you do with a normal single. Tino was riding a standard case with the exact same set up as me, or near as damn it, and I'd get up hills much better than he would. It's also much smoother, so it should be able to rev higher I think, and there is plenty of meat on the casing for porting if you want to do that.

He's been waiting for new rear brake cams to be made, and they have been done. I have an order in for 3 cases (I've started a business reselling Tino's parts) and he told me last week that he would be packing my order in two weeks.

So, very soon is the answer on availability.

Opened up the engine after 7000km, with Tino present, and noticed one thing that will be incorporated into the production machines.

Can you expand on your comment? What's the one thing ???

The screw that holds the kickstart piston into the kickstart shaft was just catching on the casing. Just had to grind about 1mm off that part of the casing and no problem.

Siobhan has updated her Facebook page price is $3790 + GST. In English it's around £2100 +vat? That includes crank, mag flange, Varitronic and other things. Can't afford one at the moment but definitely might get in the future.

Remember that shipping out to, and back from, Australia costs a fortune, but then again we do not have 20% VAT. :-o
