A little birdy told me that MB won`t be doing the race tour pistons to suit the imola any more as the ring peg position keeps changing with each new version..?????
thats what I heard anyway , which is a pity.
Been all over the net looking at similar pistons which would fit as I had trouble finding one after my last disaster

I've just fitted an RD 350 YPVS (same as used in Rich T's Gt 186 KITS) to a mates Imola. The crown height is slightly different to the Meteor version supplied with the Imola kit but for £40 a piston kit, the extra work involved wasn't an issue. Genuine Yam versions, along with Wiseco / Wossner etc are also available for this piston, with 4 oversizes if I recall . Worth a thought ?
