Which pistonm in 71mm clears the boost port on a TS1

I will check this and let you know, I know a few lads running this piston and they say it fits without repegging. WCLW site says lower peg is inside the boost port, but I´m quite sure I saw a picture on GSF showing this is not the case with unmodified (widenend) ports. Get back to you soon...

How much is a new genuine H2 750 71mm piston complete with rings worth these days? anyone know :?:

Can't remember what Wiseco piston I have in my TS 230 but the peg was not moved just moved ring round......this pic is after 2 years of hurtlin about.......This year will be its fourth year and now issues. Maybe could do with a service mind ;) :D

presume that best to do this on a wire ring only, moving the ring round like that

what did you use to cut the notch, rather do it right

If its any help, I have been using Adspeed's solution in my sprinter for some time now.
Not had any ring failures - famous last words....
Mind I'm running at 100mph + at the end of the quarter mile so I reckon you'd be OK with this solution!

Piston is 71.00 Wiseco Yamaha YZ 250 G,H,J 1980 -1982
Barrel is TS1
