I recently bought a new hydraulic line off ebay without realising that it didn't come with the fittings on the ends to screw to the banjos. Does anyone know if it's possible to buy them separately?

Might depend on what Hydraulic line you've bought.
Expensive, but try Goodridge, they do something called "Build a Line" or similar.
Can choose different angles for banjo's
Search E*** you should find loads
