S2 struggling at higher revs

I was expecting px125 performance but I'm not even getting close!

I don't think it has a needle?

just read another thread about a carb on an avanti. he cleaned the carb changed bits and whatever but no joy, looks like he resolved it by changing the FULL carb. might be an idea if you can lend a similar carb and give it a try.

i'm also thinking stator/flywheel.

the fun of scootering eh !!

Cleaned the carb out today and tweaked it a little before replacing the 78 jet- I slackened off the choke a little. Seems to be running better!?

Gonna leave it till I can get out on it again and see how it goes

Try running it without the filter just to compare !

Finally got round to going for a ride without the air filter but exactly same thing happening- soon as throttle is opened fully loss of power and boggy.

Shall I try a smaller jet? Smaller than 78 but not as small as 73?

Stator plate? Electrics? New carb or a 175 kit ;-)
